Verified Javier and Eddie were phenomenal. Very professional, very courteous, went above and beyond to get the job done the right way. Did their best to keep the area clean as well which was much appreciated. They were even able to complete the job without opening up any walls which I was sure they would have to, due to how difficult the area was they had to work in. I'd definitely look for Dalcon Electric again for any future electrical issues. My unit had three loose outlets that needed fixing so stumbled upon the business on google. The entire process with them and Kenneth (Ken), the electrician, was great. My partner called them on Monday and they were able to send someone for a FREE consultation the next day. Prior to the electrician's arrival, we were given a courtesy call of his ETA. Kenneth arrived as scheduled and inspected the problematic outlets. He clearly explained that they couldn't be tightened and would need to be replaced. At the time of this review, it was $77 per outlet. We decided to have them swapped the same day and he was very professional and friendly. The entire process was seamless, despite the miscommunication on my end. I did not feel like I was being nickel and dimed or talked down to like with other electrical companies. Javier helped with the electrical outlet installation. The work came out nice and clean. They are a little bit on the expensive side, but the quality of their work speaks for itself.Verified I called Dalcon Electric because my electric was suddenly haunted. Lights were flashing in weird patterns and some of my outlets stopped working. They sent me an angel to combat the dark spirits...literally. An employee named Angel came out the same day and he was a gem!!! He was super professional, patient, and did an extremely thorough job diagnosing all of the problems. He explained everything to me along the way and he was also just super chill and nice. He figured out all the issues, the exorcism was complete, and the whole job was extremely reasonably priced. I was very happy with Dalcon and will definitely be calling them if I need any electrical help in the future. Thanks Angel!!!Verified We had a tree fall during a storm and it took out our electrical service. The tree fell on the wires that feed our house which in turn pulled so hard on the service panel that it was destroyed. We needed to get our power back on urgently. Dalcon Electric came early the next morning, assessed the damage and made a reasonable bid to replace the service panel. They also took care of all of the communications with PG&E (and had PG&E on site to run the wire from the pole to the new service panel as soon as the service panel work was done). The technicians and the project manager were very friendly and responsive.Verified Juan was great!
